Meet Karan
I have been a Fitness Profesional since 2000 with over 20,000 hours in training experience and have several national certifications and have trained all ages with different lifestyles and fitness levels.
I consider myself a lifestyle coach and my philosophy is to understand my clients lifestyle and design a program that is easy for them to follow and which includes understanding their eating habits, posture, energy levels. I have always believed that fitness should be a habit not a priority because in most cases habits are long lasting and priorites change all the time. I always meet a potential client first and do an assessment first so I understand them a little better and see if they feel we will be a good fit.
Trainer and client connection is very important to achieve success. All my knowledge and experience can be useless if the client is not looking forward to training with me. My job is to make the sessions fun and challenging so you look forward to coming back to your training sessions!
ASSESSMENT
The first assessment is free and one of the most important parts of the fitness program because it gives me an idea as a trainer how long will it take me to get you to your goals in the most safe, fast and effective way possible. It also gives you, as a potential client an idea about the training program. Besides discussing your goals I will be also assessing your posture and how strong you are and if you have any limitations that I should be aware off. It’s very important for me to understand your life style so, I can design your meal plans and exercise programs accordingly.
The assessment process can take anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes.
